COMING SOON: The FlowLogic App for Support Workers
A better, faster and more accessible way for support workers to manage their day
The FlowLogic Support Worker App is on its way. Purpose-built for frontline and community support teams, the new mobile experience gives workers a simple, secure and intuitive way to access everything they need throughout their day without the friction of mobile web logins or repeated authentication steps.
Designed for speed, clarity and everyday usability, the app replaces full password entry and 2FA with a secure, ongoing PIN login, helping support workers get straight into their shifts, tasks and client information so they can stay focused on what matters most: delivering quality care.
Why We Built the FlowLogic App
Support workers are the backbone of every NDIS, aged care and allied health organisation. Yet until now, most have used the mobile browser version of FlowLogic — a reliable solution, but one that requires frequent logins and two-factor authentication throughout the day.
The FlowLogic App changes this.
We’re introducing a smoother, more intuitive mobile experience, designed specifically for frontline workflows. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to improving the daily experience of care teams and equipping organisations with modern, competitive tools that meet the expectations of today’s workforce.
What the App Will Let Support Workers Do
A dedicated mobile application that brings essential daily tasks into one streamlined, easy-to-navigate view.
Quick and secure access with PIN login
No more repeat logins or 2FA prompts. Workers log in securely with a personal PIN for fast access.
Designed for everyday support work
Shifts, tasks, client notes and key actions are presented in a clean, mobile-friendly layout optimised for frontline use.
Easy to understand and navigate
Purpose-built for support workers, not a desktop view squeezed onto a phone screen.
Fewer errors and better compliance
Clear, guided workflows reduce mistakes and help maintain accurate, reliable client records.
Better experience for organisations
Simplifies onboarding and training, supports compliance, and helps organisations offer a modern, worker-friendly digital experience.
Visibility of shift location
Offers support workers visibility on the location of their shifts via the app.
Who Will Benefit
Primary users
Support workers across any disability, aged care, community or allied health organisation using FlowLogic.
