1. Step 1: Define quote details by adding Service Start Date, Service End Date, Quote Name, Funding Type, Funding Administrator and Funding Available (all fields are optional except the Service Start Date and Service End Date, which are both mandatory) 
2. Step 2: Drag and drop service items or filter by region/category. 
3. Step 3: Schedule via a 7-day/24-hour grid. Select ratio, frequency, and transport if needed.  
4. Step 4: View and optionally remove public holiday schedules.  
5. Step 5: Add new service it and review all service items (both scheduled and non-scheduled). Adjust price for scheduled and frequency, units and price for non scheduled items. 
6. Step 6: Review bundled services items. Export quote as PDF. Add notes on each row and on entire quote. Save as Draft, Approve, or Delete.  

Built specifically for the care sector
